GoI must end prevalent Bureaucratic Raj: JKPC

JAMMU: Government of India (GoI) must end prevalent Bureaucratic Raj in Jammu and Kashmir. JKPC will always fight to ensure equitable development of all the regions of JK as it strengthens the bonds of unity and integrity of JK which is the need of the hour, stated, Abdul Gani Vakil, Sr. Vice President, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference (PC) on Sunday during workers convention at Jammu.

While addressing the party workers convention at PC headquarter in Gandhi Nagar Jammu, Vakil said that even after lofty promises of deliverance, good governance, transparency and accountability are missing from the scene and the administration has totally failed on all fronts and is behaving like mute spectator to the problems of common man and in order to bridge this widening wedge between people and the administration GoI should hold Assembly elections as early as possible.

Vakil said UT government has assured many times recruitment drives but proved a white lie as nothing has been in this regard. GoI must end the prevalent bureaucratic raj and allow the popular government to be elected without delay, Vakil added.
