JAMMU: Mission Statehood – Jammu Kashmir, president, Sunil Dimple on Friday alleged that BJP is hell bent to destroy the sanctity, of the J&K – the state of Dogras includes Hindus, Muslims, Gujjars, Bakarwals, Ladakhies, Chenab Valley – Peer Panjal, and everyday after abrogation of Article 370,35-A BJP is trying to change the demography, history of the J&K State in a press briefing.
As per the statement, Dimple appealed to Chief Justice of India to direct BJP to stop the J&K Reorganization Bill in parliament and stop nomination of Assembly seats by divisive intentions, till the verdict on article 370 is announced in SC.

He alleged those communities who have no contribution in saving J&k state, its history, demography, identity, culture after abrogation of article 370,35-A. Today such communities are filing petitions in SC for the dismissal of the article 370, 35-A.
Dimple alleged the BJP Government at the Centre has failed to maintain constitutional proprietary by amending J&K Reorganisation Act of 2019 providing reservation of seats in J&K Assembly to some section of society when the same petitions is under challenge in the Supreme Court of India and whose hearing is likely to start in the first week of August.
Dimple said the delimitation commission have jurisdiction to recommend reservation of seats for any particular community and if at all the government intended to reserve certain seats it has to be done in some rational manner taking into consideration their socio- economic conditions and their contributions in nation building & promoting universal brotherhood.
Dimple said Mahraja ji gave us Article 370, 35-A, PRC, state subject during accession with India and signed Instrument of Accession and some tartors today have filed petitions against the Article 370, 35-A in SC, when one crore thirty lakh people of all communities including youngsters are fighting for the restoration of J&k State, instrument of Accession conditions, article 370&35-A in SC.
