KISHTWAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) on Tuesday challaned 21 violators under Motor Vehicle Act for wrong parking, without helmet and rash driving in Kishtwar town.
As per the Police, under the directions of the SSP Kishtwar Khalil Poswal-JKPS the team so constituted for the purpose of traffic challan, the team with the help of technical aid CCTV surveillance mechanism shot photographs/conducted videography for violation of traffic rules, identifying the vehicles through number plate reading system and subsequently, after ascertaining residential addresses of owners of vehicle and accordingly the copies alongwith photograph of violation of traffic rules sent at their residential addresses.

Police release said that the vehicle numbers of violators are JK01AB-4821, JK02CL-6143, JK17A-2165, JK02DB-0391, JK17-3339, JK06-2021, JKOZAD-2859, JK17A-3070, JK02BE-1086, JK17-3136, JK17-9212, JK17-8743, JKOGA-0235, JK17-2036, JK06-7354, JK17-3262, JK17-9442, JK06A-7819, JK17A-1799, JK17A-2578, JK02CC-3266.
